Terms and Conditions
Contract Purpose
This rental is exclusively for tourism purposes in accordance with Article 1, paragraph 2, letter c) of Law 431/1998 and subsequent regulations.
Rental Duration
The minimum stay is 2 days. Check-in is scheduled at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
Price and Payment Terms
The total price is specified at the time of booking and includes costs such as final cleaning, tourist tax, etc. A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €500.00 is required, payable in cash or by credit card at check-in or during the booking process. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the check-in date.
A 50% penalty applies for cancellations between 29 and 14 days before check-in.
A 100% penalty applies for cancellations made within 13 days of check-in.
Guest Obligations
The guest is responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and adhering to the house rules. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
Minor Guest Policy
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and provide the required documentation, as stipulated in Article 109 of the TULPS.
Final Provisions
By making a booking, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the rental location's court.
