This cottage welcomes 4 guests in two spacious bedrooms and features a private garden with a hot tub (available from April) and private parking. It is located just a 5-minute drive from the village of Argegno.

Located in the stunning hills overlooking Argegno, Ema Home is a retreat designed for peace and quiet. From the balcony, you can admire the sunset and the local wildlife, like deer and foxes, wandering through the nearby meadows.

This detached house offers cozy, well-furnished spaces. The bright and comfortable living room is perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. the kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, ideal for preparing your favorite meals. The two bedrooms ensure maximum comfort: one double bedroom and one with two single beds, perfect for families or small groups of friends. The bathroom features a shower and a bidet.

Outside, the private garden provides a wellness oasis with a brand-new hot tub (available starting in April), perfect for relaxing under the starry sky.

Guest Access
Ema Home is located just 5 minutes by car from the lake and the picturesque village of Argegno, which can also be reached via a pleasant 20-minute walk. To move around easily, we recommend renting a car or booking our transfer service in advance, as taxis on Lake Como are limited.

Outdoor Experiences
The house is the perfect starting point for hiking and outdoor activities. You can explore the beautiful Intelvi Valley on foot or by mountain bike, walk the charming Sentiero delle Espressioni, reach Monte San Zeno, or follow the famous Greenway. Nearby Pigra and Boffalora also offer must-see trails for nature lovers and panoramic walks.

Heating: During the winter period, there is an additional heating fee of €10 per day.
